Hong Kong Research & Development Center is one of the five road centers established and funded by Hong Kong government .It was allowded to located in Hongkong Science and Technology Park by government. The center applied the new technology and big data collection to analysis asphalt pavement performance transformation, artificial intelligence equipment road maintenance, and intelligent road monitoring system.
